*1- Is there any breakage risk of vacuum tube? Does it need a protective measure?
The vacuum tube is made of borosilicate glass, and resistant up to 25mm size of hail. Therefore it does not require any protective glass or anything like that. 

*2- Is it possible to use the vacuum tube solar energy system on rigorous climate?
Yes. It is possible to use the vacuum tube solar energy system up to -18 C, and tubular heat systems up to -50 C without antifreeze.  

*3- Is it possible to do the assemblage of vacuum tube solar energy system for pitched roofs, or sundecks?
Yes. Realizing the size of the roof, it is possible to do the integration of system.

*4- Can the vacuum tube solar energy system overheat the water?
Yes. On condition that the climate conditions must be considered, the water can be heated up to 55-95 C

Yes. Some of them can be used for lots of places such as schools, hospitals, hotels, swimming pools, provided that the appropriate models must be preferred in series.

*6- Do vacuum tube solar energy systems require any maintenance or service?
There is no any maintenance or service required under the normal conditions. The tubes are cylindrical and cleaned with rain. In case of any break on the surface of glass, it is very easy and cheap to change it with a new one. There is no any maintenance required, where the conditions show less than 50 FFR.  If the water hardness is higher than this value, there will be a residue under the vacuum tube. Because that residue does not stick onto the glass, the tube can easily be reversed and cleaned. (Please be informed by our firm.)

*7- In which parts can the vacuum tube solar energy system be used?
The vacuum tube solar energy system can be used for all parts in Turkey and for all times.

*8- What is the estimated working life of a vacuum tube solar energy system?
It differs from 10 years to 15 years…

*9 – Is it required to use antifreeze for vacuum tube solar energy systems?
No. Antifreeze is not required in order to work vacuum tube solar energy systems.

*10- Should vacuum tube solar energy systems be emptied, when the winter comes?
No. If you want to use it on winter, there will be no problem about using it. As long as it receives the sunbeams on winter, you can have hot water as well.
